We do not sell gemstones with treatments that are not accepted by leading industry professional organizations such as the AGTA. Here are some examples of treatments we will not accept:
•Lead glass–filled gemstones to hide imperfections
•Gemstones that have been dyed to enhance color (the only exception is chalcedony)
•Reconstituted stones or composite material such as is frequently used in turquoise
•Corundum that are diffusion treated
•Synthetic or man-made gemstones (the only exception are antique pieces that might have synthetic stones “of the period” and are small accent stones only common in art deco jewelry)
•Diamonds that are clarity enhanced
•Gemstones that have been surface coated
•All pearls must be of natural color; no dyed colors
•We do not sell synthetic or labgrown diamonds
•No smoke- or sugar-treated opals or gemstone triplets; we only sell doublets if both pieces are of natural materials

ISNTV TERMS / RETURNS
ISN offers a satisfaction guarantee and allows shoppers to return any item for any reason but there are a few terms & conditions we would like you to know.
To return an item you must call ISNTV customer service at (1800-577-592) within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a return authorization number (RAN). After receiving your RAN you have 30 days to return the item(s) to ISN.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED WITHOUT a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN)
TAGS: removal of tag makes your item non returnable non refundable.
SHIPPING FEES: shipping fees are non refundable for any reason with the only exceptions being wrong item sent or falsely described item.
RETURN SHIPPING: Should you have to return an item we encourage you to have the item fully insured as the item(s) are your responsibility up until it’s safe arrival to ISN studios.
CUSTOM & ALTERED ITEMS: items that have been custom ordered, custom made or altered from its original state are non returnable non refundable.
